Successful model of scattered-site housing which combines short-term rental assistance and supportive services with linkage to community based services. Homefull is just one of the partner agencies participating in the Dayton and Montgomery County Homelessness Prevention and Rapid ReHousing Program (HPRP) administered by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD). The goal is for a household to become fully responsible for all expenses related to their rental housing as soon as possible.
