Provides housing and appropriate
supportive services to homeless persons to facilitate movement to long-term, independent living within 24 months. Homefull’s “Opportunity Housing” is a specific partnership with CountyCorp and the Dayton VA to provide transitional supportive housing to 14 veterans in a shared housing model within single family homes in Dayton. A Homefull case manager works daily with each veteran to develop a permanent housing-focused case plan addressing income, benefits, budgeting, savings, independent living skills, and overall well-being.
